OOTD: Scent of Summer

I know I'm happy that my Summer/Tennis fan is beginning to fade. Outfit inspiration? I've just been seeing a lot of 'combining different types of textures' so I've combined a summer staple: floral romper with something more autumn appropriate: dark colored sheer maxi skirt. I'm planning on picking up a new pair of wedges, I've been getting so much wear outta these babies^^ Hmm..the weather today was a bit windy so I wore it with a black cardigan for additional warmth. Everything but the wedges are from Goodwill.

Hehe didn't think my mom would actually be up for taking pictures of my Homecoming outfit. Kudos mom, you make for a decent photographer. The 'sitting while posing' picture gives me the giggles every time I see it. Anyways, here's to the stragglers who 'read' my blog.

Mother's old dress...can you tell? Hehe, but yeah jumped on the maxi trend quite late, but better late than never right? I actually took these (and the next two posts) quite a while back, but it's actually quite similar in terms of weather. It was incredibly hot when I took these, and it still is nowadays...only in Cali.

Hello Summer Tan!

Well aside from getting an extreme tan from a week-long stay at the beach, I went to the Swapmeet (whoop whoop) it's only been the second time I've ever went in all my 17 years (Yes, I said 17 as of July 14) and it's the next best thing to Thrifting and Frugalism.
